God's work in physics ?

In winter,

Oceans of western countries become ice.

What happens to the living beings dwelling in the oceans ?

" Do they die ? " 

No,  they do not die.

Then, how do they survive ?

"Only the crust of the oceans become solid.

Under the crust, the water remains as  a liquid.

They live safely in it , when ice melts, they  come up."

Why does not the entire ocean  become ice?

" It is a wonder. A careful study will  answer  it.

Take three fourths (3/4) of water in a glass tumbler.

Let it's temperature be 25 degree Celsius.

Keep it in a fridge, temperature decreases to 20..15..10.. 4 , etc.

At 4 degrees,  the water level increases and fills the tumbler ( goes from 3/4 to full )

When the tumbler becomes full, temperature decreases to 3,2,1, 0 degree.

At 0 degree, the water gradually becomes ice. ( 3/4 water becomes tumbler full of ice )

( Practically,  10 tumblers of water become 11 tumblers of ice , usually,  if any liquid becomes solid , the size will shrink. Only in case of water, when it becomes solid ( ice ) the size becomes larger, as a result the density of the ice becomes less than the density of water.)

In the ocean, during winter, if the temp. comes down to 4 degree, water expands and ice is  formed.

Because  of this,  density  of ice becomes less, so it floats on water and forms the  crust.

(The density of ice becomes less than the density of water, hence ice floats on water.)

This crust becomes a strong shield . Water inside, inhabits the living beings.

All water inhabitants ( aquatic ) live safely in the water under the crust."

In simple terms : 

At 4 degree Celsius, water expands,  at 0 degree water become ice.

Because of the expansion, the density of ice becomes less than the density of water, therefore  ice floats on water. The floating icebergs join together and form a strong crust on the surface of water.

What would have happened, if at 4 degree , water had not expanded while cooling?  

Sea animals would have  been buried in the solid ice and perished.

Why does this wonder take place at 4 degree C ?  

Physics says, it is because of the formation of  hydrogen bonds at 4 degree C.

Why are these hydrogen bonds formed ? Does this expansion of water happen to safeguard the aquatic beings  ?

Yes. It appears , it happens to protect the sea living beings.

At 4 degrees celsius ,the water expands and Physics calls it " anomalous expansion" .

Anomalous means, abnormal, irregular, unusual, deviating from normal , etc .

This abnormal or peculiar behaviour of water at 4 degree celsius, appears to be a wonder to protect the aquatic animals.

Does God  responsible for this wonder? Why are the hydrogen bonds  formed  at 4 degree celsius ?

Does God play a role in physics by expanding the water to protect the sea animals ?

What is the truth ? Can it be called the Creator's personal care ?
